Karen Dynon is the Senior Partnership Broker with MMVLLEN. She joined the team in October 2018.
Her role is to build strategic and sustainable partnerships between key stakeholders – business, industry, local and state government, secondary school education providers, training providers and community organisations to support young people make a successful transition through school to further education, training or work.
Karen’s career spans the corporate and not for profit sectors including a range of board and director memberships.
She is passionate about economic and social inclusion, particularly for young people of CALD backgrounds. Karen is a mentor for the Stepping Stones to Small Business program and has recently joined the Board of the Fitzroy Learning Network.
Karen’s first job was working part time at a local gift and hardware while she was at secondary school. She saved enough money to buy her first car when she turned 18.
