About Executive - HR/Governance PDF Print E-mail

The role of the Executive HR/Governance Sub Committee (HR/G SC) is to assist the M & MV LLEN Committee of Management (CoM) in ensuring that appropriate and effective governance policies, financial policies and human resource practices are in place and implemented by the Executive Officer (EO).

COMPOSITION

The HR/G SC shall be comprised of all elected Office Bearers of the M&MV LLEN (those being the Chair, Deputy Chair, Secretary and Treasurer) as well as the two local government representatives (should they be different to the above) and any other interested M&MV LLEN CoM member, preferably with experience to contribute re Governance, to a maximum of nine (9). Members shall be confirmed annually following the M&MV LLEN Annual General Meeting. Any other M&MV LLEN CoM members are welcome as observers to any meeting. The Chair shall convene the meetings. In the Chair's absence either the Deputy Chair or Treasurer shall convene the meetings.

MEMBERSHIP

In attendance at meetings of the HR/G SC is the:

• Executive Officer to discuss reports;

• Office Manager to take minutes; and

Invited guests as dictated by the need for expertise or reports.

The M&MV LLEN HR/G SC is made up of the following people:
