Individual support towards a positive future
On Track Connect is a state wide program delivered locally by each LLEN to supports school leavers within six months of finishing school. Each year, mmvllen contacts young people from the area and arms them with the much needed support to get them back on track towards their education and/or employment goals. This important assistance is given to the young person for up to three months.
Using our community relationships, we connect young school leavers with support services, training and employment opportunities. If a young persons situation is more complex, we provide one on one support and transition them into individually tailored programs and pathways.

106 students who attended a Maribyrnong or Moonee Valley School were supported by On Track Connect during 2018-2020
