Boundless possibilities for all students

We know how difficult it is for young people to make their debut in the job market, and this challenge is only intensified when there are additional barriers at play. We collaborate with schools to create work readiness programs which help to career-outfit students with specific needs.

We created the Supported Pathways Program (SPP) to open up engaging careers for students with additional needs in a mainstream school by building their capacity for work and broadening their knowledge of the workplace with hands-on activities. These included navigating public transport and completing an individual work placement.

We have also previously run a similar program called the Newly Arrived Pathways Program, developed in partnership with Western English Language School, to support newly arrived students and fast-track their understanding of workplace opportunities and employment in an Australian context.
